The Collectif “Tête-bêche” was formed in the fall of 2013. We are four photographers from various backgrounds, of different origins, of different ages and bring together diverse life experiences and photographic experiences.

Our paths crossed at the Atelier photographique Contraste where, beyond our differences, we discovered enough common points in our photo projects to try to make a wealth of them.
It is with this approach that we have conceived that we began our activity which has been translated since 2014 by the realization of two exhibitions to which each of us has contributed in his own way on the basis of common topics with different but convergent approaches: in “Femme aujourd’hui” in March and in “Le Monde à l’envers” in September.

Hilda was born in Stockholm (Sweden) in 1963. She is a criminologist by training and has lived in Brussels since 2003.
She has four children that she has taken care of for the last 20 years.
Wishing to express herself better through photos, she starts in 2011 a photographic training through different types of courses at the Atelier Contraste.
Hilda
Karin works with photography to give form to her research on ecology and philosophy. She is interested in organic matter and its contrast, the urban landscape, as well as in the poetry of the inner landscape.
Karin
Born in Paris in 1977, Sabrina lives successively in the Ivory Coast, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, before moving back to the Netherlands in the fall of 2014. Trained as a lawyer, her photographic journey began in 2011 when she enrolled in the courses of the Contrast Photography Workshop in Brussels.
Sabrina
He continues his photographic exploration of women and men in their cultural, social and urban environments and of human relationships in our societies. In some cases the people dominate and in others it is the environments that lead to the people.
